Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange an item? Please fill out the form below. 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, reach out to us—we're here to help!

  • We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in exchange for store credit or a size swap.
  • We offer a discounted return label for $10.00, so you can save on shipping costs! If you prefer, you're welcome to use your own shipping method.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and free from pet hair, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, etc. Items that don't meet these criteria will not be accepted. If your return is rejected, you'll be responsible for covering the shipping to have the item sent back to you.
  • Once we receive your return, you’ll receive a store credit gift card (minus the return label cost of $10.00). Gift cards never expire!
  • Sale items are final sale.

Order Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen, and we're happy to help if you need to cancel your order! However, once a shipping label has been created, we are unable to cancel your order as it is already being processed for shipment.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately with your order details, and we’ll do our best to assist you before your package is prepared for shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase! If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Store Credit Processing

Once we receive and process your return at our fulfillment center, you’ll get your store credit in the form of an e-gift card within 3-5 business days. The store credit amount will reflect any applied discounts and taxes from your original order. Please note that returns take time to sort, inspect, and process, so your credit may not be issued on the exact day your item is delivered.
